Transmission System

• Drive motor equipped under the first row decelerates output shaft through pin wheel, transfer power to friction drive wheel by shaft, sprocket and chain。
• Anti-deviation synchronization mechanism:Configured with sprockets, chains, and synchronous feedback device between adjacent moving wheels. Ensuring there is no lag and directional deviation when extending and retracting due to causes of manufacturing, pag-install, uneven ground, error, atbp.
• Dual wheel bearing made of polyurethane, able to withstand pressure, also solving the friction and wear between wheel and the ground.
• High-precision bearings and quality chain drive, facilitating stable and smooth operation.

Electrical system

• Equipped with power control box, offering stretching and contraction function. All electric control parts are international branded original products.
• Three-phase motors, power of 550W or 750W; speed of 1400 r/min.
• With overload and leakage protection.

Frame structure

Composed by steel structure and board.

• Main structure by welding and riveting 3mm thick steel, connected by bolts, with load capacity of 350KG / ㎡ besides the weight of device.
• Anti-corrosion surface handling: polished, coated with rust paint and painted another finish color according to customer needs.
• Board made of 15 plywood, covered with PVC carpet, smooth surface, high strength, no blistering under different climates.
