1T STAGE HOIST V10 D8/D8 PLUS
The V10 is Coreat’s heavy-duty stage chain hoist, engineered for large-scale theatrical productions, arena rigging, and major touring events. It is built to BGV D8 standard with a double braking system on the Plus variant, giving production teams the confidence to run demanding multi-show schedules without compromise. The hoist’s robust construction and high load capacity make it the natural choice wherever significant weight needs to be lifted safely and reliably above performers and audiences.
The V10 is widely specified for permanent fly system installations in opera houses and large theaters, heavy lighting truss and speaker cluster rigging in arenas and stadiums, broadcast studio grid setups, and international concert touring productions. A high-speed V10H variant is also available for applications where faster lifting cycles are required.

Hard chromium-manganese steel high-precision helical gear transmission, gearbox oil is permanently lubricated, wear-resistant and silent.
Motor
The dual braking system adopts DC electromagnetic 4 friction plate type, with adjustable clearance and higher safety factor.
Lifting chains
G100 grade and DAT grade high-quality alloy steel lifting chains with an 8-fold safety factor, breaking strength of 1000N/mm². The chains meet the German standards DIN5687, DIN5688 and the Chinese standard ISO3067.
Sprocket
5 nests of lifting sprockets, the machining center is formed at one time, and the chain and gear meshing are increased to ensure the smooth operation of the chain.
Chain guide system
Double layer automatic correction anti jamming chain system, wear-resistant nylon material, integrated injection molding and CNC precision machining, optimized for replacement and maintenance.
